He has learned from senior Indian yoga masters as well as he studied Yoga, Ayurveda, Sanskrit, Veda and related subjects in Haridwar where he completed his B.A. ‘Bachelor’s degree’ in Sanskrit, Yoga, Vedic literature and Philosophy subject.
M.A. Master degree ‘Gold medal awarded’ in yoga and scientific research, and ‘Ph.D.’ on the title “Patanjali Yoga and Ayurveda” at Gurukul Kangari University, Haridwar, Uttrakhand, India.
This retreat will also teach you how to know and discover your body constitution, as well as what is best for your Dosha type (Body Type – Constitution) in terms of food to eat and activities to practice.
