Weekly Classes
Depending on where I am located, I offer various classes according to the different seasons:
March Through October
During this window, I am based in Salò, Lake Garda, Italy.
I typically offer different yoga classes and a couple of sound healing session per week:
• Most of the Yoga classes are the early morning; few in the late afternoon
• Sound healing session during the late afternoon
Depending on the season and the weather, we will practice in my house, in a studio, or in the open air.
November Through February
I generally travel around the world, and offer classes in the various places where I am based
